• • After the order confirmation, all orders are processed within 48 working hours (excluding weekends and holidays). A second notification will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

• • Please allow an estimated 5 – 10 days for your order to arrive.

• • Free shipping is provided on all pre-paid orders. Shipping cost is added in COD orders only and it will be calculated and shown to you at checkout.

• • Orders are presently only processed and delivered within INDIA.

UN-DELIVERED ITEMS
If your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility. You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received a damaged product, we apologize for the same. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click a picture of the product and email us at support@vi3store.in within 2 days of delivery.
